PCR1994143RESOLUTION #P.C. 143-94 AMENDED APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR MUSKEG0 POST OFFICE, LOCATED AT 574 W17000 JANESVILLE RD (PARKLAND MALL) WHEREAS, Mr. Gordon J. Steimle, Polacheck Property Management Corp. - Receiver Court Case #92-CV-2497, is requesting to amend the building, site and operation plan for the property located in the Parkland Plaza located at S74 W17000 Janesville Rd., and The Muskego Post Office, and WHEREAS, The property is Zoned B-4/0PD and is the site of WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on November 7, 1978 through Resolution #P.C. 197-78 an Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for this property for the purpose of constructing a United States Post Office, subject to the condition that the area to the North be properly landscaped and the garbage containers be properly screened, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on March 1, 1994, through Resolution #P.C. 45-94 an Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan for this property for the purpose of the outside parking of United States Post Office Vehicles (mail trucks) and was approved subject to the following: That 30 additional parking spaces be added adjacent to the existing parking, the vehicles be clustered around the light poles, light poles need to be maintained, and the landscaping plans be installed as required per Resolution #P.C. 197-78, refurbish, repave and stripe the north parking lot, re-striping of the north parking lot and the submittal of a screening plan to the Plan Commission to date, petitioner has not acted on approval. for the areas planned to accommodate the mail delivery vehicles; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the revised site plan (as submitted to the Plan Department) for the Muskego Post Office and said plans are to be kept on file at the City of Muskego. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is contingent upon compliance to the following conditions: 1. Installation of privacy slats on eastern fence. indicated on the amended to scale plan of the site for this 2. Installation of screening for dumpster area and file. 3. A new landscape plan must be submitted to the Plan Commission for approval. 4. That the existing lighting be repaired or replaced. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That perpetual compliance to this approval is required.
