PCR1994142RESOLUTION 142-94 APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY THE SHOP INC. LOCATED IN THE MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK ON S83 W19812 SATURN DRIVE WHEREAS, A Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted on July 8, 1994 by The Shop Inc. for Rummel Trucking Co. and Shepherd Enterprises Inc., and trailers at the site allowing for repairs and maintenance by mechanics for Rummel Trucking and general public, and WHEREAS, Rummel Trucking Co. will house semi-tractors and WHEREAS, Shepherd Enterprises Inc. will house semi-tractors and dry bulk trailers and flatbed trailers at the site allowing for repairs and maintenance by mechanics for Shepard Enterprises and general public, and WHEREAS, Rummel Trucking Co. trucks are gone on a weekly basis and the Shepherd Enterprises Inc. trucks leave early on a daily basis and return late afternoons (most Shepherd Enterprises Inc. trailers are used by truck owner/operators and therefore are not on site) with the hours of operation being from 7:OO a.m. until 5:30 p.m., and WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park and Muskego Zoning Ordinance require that all dumpster areas be enclosed, all parking areas be no closer than 10 feet to street lot lines, and lighting and approval. signage plans be submitted for Plan Commission review and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site, and Operation plan by The Shop, Inc. subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance for the location of the building, if a variance is not granted the building must meet the setbacks and be resubmitted to the Plan Commission for approval. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy of the building is requested prior to the completion of landscaping, a landscape bond for twice the value of said landscaping shall be submitted to the Planning Department. Said bond shall be released upon completion of approved landscaping. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the plans submitted on July 8, 1994, remain on file with the City and that compliance to said plans, and any amendments to said plans approved by the Plan Commission, shall be in perpetuity.
