APPROVAL TO VACATE THE SOUTH 260 FEET OF MERCURY DRIVE
SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, The City has been asked to vacate 260 feet of
Mercury Drive in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, The purpose of this vacation is to facilitate the
selling of piece of Industrial Park Land, and
recommend approval to the Common Council that the existing
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
Mercury Drive be vacated to be included as part of the property
to the west (Tax Key #2228.999.001).
