APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN
BY AMCON FOR WISCONSIN COIL SPRING
LOCATED AT S82 W18125 APOLLO DRIVE
and Operation Plan for Wisconsin Coil Spring located at S82
W18125 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, Amcon is requesting to amend the Building, Site
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on September 3, 1985,
through Resolution #P.C. 118-85 a Building, Site and Operation
Plan, and
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to include
15,000 sq.ft. addition, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
from the Building Department prior to any construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated received
June 23, 1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego and
perpetual compliance to said site plan is required.
