PCR1994134AMENDED RESOLUTION 134-94 ~~~~~~~~~~ APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY LLOYD S. HA", INC. LOCATED IN THE MUSKEGO BUSINESS/INDUSTRIAL PARK ON ENTERPRISE DRIVE WHEREAS, A Building, Site, and Operation plan was submitted on June 23, 1994 by Lloyd S. Hamm , and WHEREAS, Lloyd s. Ham, Inc. is a mason contractor that is currently located in the Muskego Business/Industrial Park on Apollo Drive and is relocating his office and warehouse to Enterprise Drive, and WHEREAS, Lloyd S. Ham, Inc. will use this site for the storage of trucks, material and equipment, and WHEREAS, The Rules and Regulations of the Muskego Business/Industrial Park and Muskego Zoning Ordinance require closer than 10 feet to street lot lines, and lighting and that all dumpster areas be enclosed, all parking areas be no approval. signage plans be submitted for Plan Commission review and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site, and Operation plan by Lloyd S. Ham subject BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That if occupancy of the building is requested prior to the completion of landscaping, a landscape bond for twice the value of said landscaping shall be submitted to the Planning Department. Said bond shall be released upon completion of approved landscaping. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the plans submitted on June 23, 1994, remain on file with the City and that compliance to said plans, and any amendments to said plans approved by the Plan Commission, shall be in perpetuity. Failure to perpetually comply with this approval shall result in the imposition of applicable fines for each day a violation exists. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the color of the building will be approved by the Plan Commission and the fence must have privacy slats that are compatible with the building.
