PCR1994133APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF TWO LOTS BY FOR RESOLUTION #P.C. 133-94 LAWRENCE & JUDITH WACHOWIAK LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 21 1994, to create a two (2) lot land division located in the SW WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on June 23, 1/4 of Section 21, and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on June 7, 1994, approved a sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C. 107-94, and requires a minimum lot size of 80,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 200' and said lots appear to meet restrictions, and WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-1 Country Home which WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from Parker Road, and WHEREAS, Parker Drive is projected by the 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan to be an 80 foot right-of-way. WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc tests for this lot has been provided. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 21 by Lawrence & Judith Wachowiak and recommend approval to the Common Council subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
