THREE (3) LOTS IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 5 BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR ADRIAN SCHMIDT
(OLD NIKE SITE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 21, 1994, for a land
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 and through Resolution
#P.C. 116-94 the Disapproval of a sketch for a land division
was approved, and
WHEREAS, A revised sketch was submitted on June 10, 1994,
for a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence
which requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a
minimum average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from the extension of
Adrian Drive coming south from Lakeview Highlands North.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
of a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land
division in the SW 1/4 of Section 5 for the Adrian Schmidt
property that illustrates the extension of Adrian Drive.
