WHEREAS, A Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan
was submitted on June 10, 1994 by Kurt Doerr and Dale Kriel
which includes in Phase 1 a 200' wide commercial building and
Phase 2 which includes four or eight family buildings, and
12 acres, and
WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately
Center and some proposed uses would required portions of the
property to be rezoned or a Conditional Use Grant approved, and
WHEREAS, The subject property is zoned B-2 - Local Service
WHEREAS, A detailed site plan and building elevations are
required to be submitted and approved prior to the construction
of any facilities on subject property, and
(HWY "Y") and Tans Drive, and
WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from Racine Avenue

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
former Mary Thomas Landfill site by Kurt Doerr and Dale Kriel.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Conceptual Building, Site
and Operation Plan dated received June 10, 1994, be kept on
file in the Building Department.
