THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 for the Robert
Agenten Property subject to the sewer allocations being
approved by the Public Utilities Committee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the five (5) lots can not be
further subdivided in the future and that none of these lots
will have access to Tess Corners Drive.
