PCR1994127RESOLUTION #P.C. 127-94 AMENDED FIVE LOT LAND DIVISION LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 12 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A BY ROBERT AGENTEN WHEREAS division in WHEREAS which requi , A Sketch was submitted on June 9, 1994, for a land the NE 1/4 of Section 12, and , The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence minimum average width of 110' and said lots appear to meet res a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a restrictions, and WHEREAS, Access will be provided from Skylark Lane, and WHEREAS, The proposed land division would involve the necessity of a road vacation of a portion of Skylark Lane. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 12 for the Robert Agenten Property subject to the sewer allocations being approved by the Public Utilities Committee. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the five (5) lots can not be further subdivided in the future and that none of these lots will have access to Tess Corners Drive.
