WHEREAS, A request for the temporary sale of flowers from
Tim ti Cindy Bennett has been submitted to sell flowers in the
parking lot of the Dr. Riess's Office located at 575 W17475
Janesville Rd., and
AT DR. GLEN RIESS OFFICE LOCATED AT
WHEREAS, The petitioner is not purposing any type of
building to store the plants in, and
WHEREAS, The request is from June 8, 1994 to September
17th, 1994, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be Saturday and
Sunday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:OO p.m., and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting two 4' x 4' signs
that will lean against the existing planter that will read
"PERRENIALS" .
