TWO LOT LAND DIVISION LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A

WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 27, 1994, for a land
division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and
which requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a
WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence
minimum average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet
restrictions, and
WHEREAS, Access will be provided from Hillendale Drive, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing at a later date to
further subdivide the remaining land into 23 lots.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
Property subject to the sewer allocations being approved by the
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18 for the Larry Schmidt
Public Utilities Committee.
