PCR1994122m RESOLUTION #P.C. 122-94 TWO LOT LAND DIVISION LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING A BY LARRY SCHMIDT WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 27, 1994, for a land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 18, and which requires a minimum lot size of 30,000 sq. ft. and a WHEREAS, The property is zoned RS-1 Suburban Residence minimum average width of 120' and said lots appear to meet restrictions, and WHEREAS, Access will be provided from Hillendale Drive, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing at a later date to further subdivide the remaining land into 23 lots.
