PCR1994121AMENDED APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN BY RESOLUTION P.C. 121-94 MSI GENERAL,INC. FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE NW CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF JANESVILLE ROAD & RACINE AVENUE the road pattern to access the site, and WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the building and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling bin for each building, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the Building, Site, and Operation plan dated (received) May 27, 1994 subject to the following: 1. 2. 3. 0 4. 5. 6. I 7. That the freestanding signage will be a 20' x 12' monument sign with a full base and total square footage of freestanding signage to be 129.78 sq.ft. That the color of the retaining wall will match the building and be pre-tinted not painted. The dumpster will be screened and located in the rear of the building and must be approved by the Plan Director. That the deciduous trees will be 3" in diameter and the coniferous trees will be 6' to 8' in height. The the developer will install an access to the site via a pedestrian/bike path at the intersection of Janesville Road and Racine Avenue. All accent striping will continue along the south elevation with the two central accent stripes continuing along the rear of the building. That approval of this the Building, Site and Operation Plan does not include approval of the department store or outlots Building, Site and Operation Plans. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to satisfactory resolution of site deficiencies identified by the the Plan Commission and Planning Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received May 21, 1994, be kept on file in the Building Department. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building Site and Operation e Plan is approved including the landscape plan with a landscape be required if occupancy is requested prior to the landscaping bond in the amount of twice the value of the landscaping shall being completed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all aspects of this site building and operation plan as they relate to the building, parking and drive areas, landscaped areas and detention areas shall be maintained in perpetuity.
