APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
LEAH'S PIZZA LOCATED AT W137 56350 JANESVILLE ROAD
(LINCOLN POINT SHOPPING CENTER)

WHEREAS, Leah's Pizza is requesting to amend their
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting the outside placement
of two (2) tables with chairs located on the concrete in front
of said establishment to be used for customers waiting to be
seated in the dining room & for food and beverage service, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to use this area from
the Memorial Day until Labor Day, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation are Monday through
Thursday, 11:OO a.m. until 1O:OO p.m., Friday & Saturday, 11:OO
a.m. until 11:OO p.m. and Sunday, 4:OO p.m. until 9:00 p.m.,
and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to store the chairs
endeavor to keep the area clean of debris, and
inside of his establishment during the closed hours and will
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a B-2 Zoning District,
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated May 27,
1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego with the
Plan Director reviewing the approval in one year.
