PCR1994119APPROVAL OF A 20' x 20' SECOND GARAGE FOR RAYMOND ZANGERLE RESOLUTION #P.C. 119-94 LOCATED AT W192 57586 RACINE AVENUE WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on May 27, 1994 by Raymond Zangerle to construct a 20' X 20' second garage at the residence located at W192 S7586 Racine Avenue, and WHEREAS, The location of the second garage will meet the setbacks of the RS-2 zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The second garage is intended to be used for storage of lawnmowers (3), rototiller, snowplow blade, garden tractor, snow blower, cider press & mill, tree sprayers, and miscellaneous gardening supplies and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures, and this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 400 square foot second garage. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the second garage, not to exceed 400 square feet, for Raymond Zangerle. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject second garage shall not be used either for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required prior to construction of subject second garage and that a fire wall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with the terms of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
