IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 29

ROBERT ZIELINSKI FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED
May 27, 1994, by Robert Zielinksi creating a two lot land
division located in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, and
WHEREAS, A sketch creating a land division was submitted on
WHEREAS, This land is zoned EA-Exclusive Agriculture which
requires a minimum lot size of 35 acres and also permits the
creation of parcels for a family member of the farm operator,
and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of EA Zoning
District as it pertains to family members, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc test for this lot has
not been received, and
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts Racine Avenue
(HWY "Y" ) .
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 29 as depicted on
Diagram B.
