submitted on May 27, 1994 by the Hmong Soccer Club which
includes in Phase 1 six (6) soccer fields and parking for at
buildings, and
least 50 vehicles and Phase 2 which includes 17 four family
WHEREAS, A Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan was
WHEREAS, The proposed project is located on approximately 92
acres with 14 acres set aside for a multi-family development,
and
Agricultural District and EA-Exclusive Agricultural thus
WHEREAS, The subject property has a split zoning of A
dictating that portions of the property may require a rezoning
or conditional use grant to permit the proposed uses, and
required to be submitted and approved prior to the construction
of any facilities on subject property, and
WHEREAS, A detailed site plan and building elevations are
WHEREAS, Access to the property would be from Thode Drive,
and
WHEREAS, Evidence of favorable perc tests has not been
received.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Conceptual Building, Site, and Operation plan for the Hmong
Soccer Club.
and Operation Plan dated received May 27, 1994, be kept on file
in the Building Department.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Conceptual Building, Site
Plan Commission
