APPROVAL OF REVISED SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING
FOUR PARCELS BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR
HAROLD DEBACK LOCATED IN THE IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 17
(ENTERPRISE DRIVE & APOLLO DRIVE)
RESOLUTION #P.C. 112-94
Resolution #P.C. 25-94 on February 1, 1994 for a one lot land
division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17, and
WHEREAS, A Sketch was adopted by the Plan Commission through
WHEREAS, The revised sketch is a four lot land division
which proposes to create three parcels of approximately 2.5
acres or greater and the fourth parcel of 1.956 acres, and
ot
size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of 150
feet and the parcels meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum 1
available from Enterprise Drive and Parcels 3 & 4 will have
utilities and access available from Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, Parcels 1 & 2 will have utilities and access
WHEREAS, The Army Corp. of Engineers has delineated the
wetlands on the said property and same is indicated on the
submitted Certified Survey Map.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the SE 1/4 of Section 17 by Metropolitan
Engineering for Harold DeBack subject to Illustration on the
Certified Survey Map of a 15' landscape easement along the
western edge of Parcel 2 & 3 with the understanding that there
can not be a berm placed in the wetland area and resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Engineer.
