RESOLUTION #P.C. 111-94
APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP OF TWO PARCELS BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE JOHN SEYBOLD PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on May 27,
1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a two (2) parcel
land division located in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 3, 1994, approved a
92-94, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 2 is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence which
requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum
average width of 110' and said lot appears to meet restrictions
and Parcel 1 is zoned both RS-2 Suburban Residence and A
Agriculture and appears to meet restrictions of both districts,,
and
WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Woods
Road, and
WHEREAS, The parcel 2 currently has sewer service from Woods
Road and parcel 1 currently has the potential for sewer service
from Woods Road, and
the proper Woods Road dedication being given at the time of
submittal of the Certified Survey Map.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch subject to
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the SW 1/4 of Section 17 by Metropolitan Engineering of the
Seybold Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
subject to resolution of technical discrepancies as identified
by the City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in
Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
