APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
GEMINI PARTNERSHIP LOCATED AT 581 W18510 GEMINI DRIVE
WHEREAS, Mr. Richard Duranso, Gemini Partnership, is
requesting to amend their building, site and operation plan for
the property located at 581 W18510 Gemini Drive, and
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
through Resolution #P.C. 111-75 a Building, Site and Operation
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on October 21, 1975,
Plan for Tennis Courts and temporary signage through Resolution
#P.C. 116-75, approved Resolution #P.C. 170-78 on October 3,
Resolution #P.C. 69-85 allowing Automobile Repair through the
1978 allowing a revised elevation and landscape plan, approved
approval of a Conditional Use Grant, Tabled Resolution #P.C.
and Tabled Resolution #P.C. 89-92 approval of signage, and
88-92 the Disapproval of expansion of the Conditional Use Grant
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
previously approved Building, Site and Operation Plan to allow
enclosed by the chain link fencing, and
for the expansion of the parking lot (60' x 75') and to be
WHEREAS, The Zoning Ordinance requires that said parking
area and all drive areas leading to it shall be paved.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan subject to the
paving of subject parking area.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a land disturbance permit may
be required from the Building Department prior to any
construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated May 23,
1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
