PCR1994107AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 107-94 APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING TWO (2) LOTS IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 21 BY LARRY h JUDY WACHOWIAK (PARKER ROAD) division in the 5W 1/4 of Section 21, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on May 20, 1994, for a land WHEREAS, The property is zoned R-1 Country Home which requires a minimum lot size of 80,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 200' and said lots appear to meet restrictions, and WHEREAS, The parcels will have access from Parker Road, and WHEREAS, Parker Drive is projected by the 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan to be an 80 foot right-of-way. WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc tests for this lot has been provided. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission Will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 21 for the Wachowiak Property. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That ten (10) feet Of additional right-of-way shall be dedicated in compliance with the 2010 Arterial Street and Highway System Plan.
