PCR1994106AMENDED APPROVAL OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT AND BUILDING, SITE AND RESOLUTION P.C. 106-94A OPERATION PLAN FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF MUSKEG0 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 16, TAX KEY #2223.980 (WOODS ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE) WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #E33 which granted a rezoning for subject lands from RS-3 Single Family to RSM/OIP Multi-Family/Institutional Zoning District Specifically for an elderly housing development, and the road and drive patterns to access the site, and WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the buildings and provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling bin for each building, and WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments WHEREAS, The site plan indicates that there are two buildings, two stories in height containing 32 living units each and having 44 underground parking spaces as well as a central corridor and elevator; there will be one building, two stories exterior views; there will be ten buildings, two stories in in height containing 12 living units with front and rear height containing 8 living units each with front and rear exterior views; there will be a one story community activity building, and bedroom units, 60 - 1 bedroom with den units, and WHEREAS, The site plan indicates the following: 96 - 1 buildings will be similar to a "Homestead" style which features clapboard siding, a narrow vertical gable end proportion; the 8 and 12 unit buildings will have brick veneer on the street elevation gable ends while the 32 unit buildings will have brick in all areas except the gable ends. That 12 covered parking spaces will be added to the north side of the 12 unit building and will be architecturally compatible with the buildings. 9. The garages on this site are for the residents of this facility only. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and Operation Plan dated received May 21, 1994 and as amended on June 27, 1994 be kept on file in the Building Department.
