RESOLUTION P.C. 106-94A
OPERATION PLAN FOR THE SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION OF MUSKEG0 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE SW 1/4
OF SECTION 16, TAX KEY #2223.980 (WOODS ROAD AND RACINE AVENUE)
WHEREAS, The Common Council approved Ordinance #E33 which
granted a rezoning for subject lands from RS-3 Single Family to
RSM/OIP Multi-Family/Institutional Zoning District Specifically
for an elderly housing development, and

WHEREAS, The site plan shows the layout of the buildings and
provide an adequately screened area for a dumpster and recycling
bin for each building, and
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego requires that all developments

north side of the 12 unit building and will be
architecturally compatible with the buildings.
9. The garages on this site are for the residents of this
facility only.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Building, Site and
Operation Plan dated received May 21, 1994 and as amended on
June 27, 1994 be kept on file in the Building Department.
Plan is approved and perpetual compliance to said plan is
required unless otherwise authorized by the Plan Commission.
