WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map for a two (2) lot land
WHEREAS, This property is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego and
approval by the Plan Commission is necessary under the City's
subdivision regulations, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Waterford must approve land divisions
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the extraterritorial Certified Survey Map for two (2) lot land
division by Russell & Kathy Sossaman located in the SE 1/4 of
Section 2, in the Town of Waterford.
