PARKVIEW ESTATES LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 2,
APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL FINAL PLAT FOR
TOWN OF WATERFORD
in the SE 114 of Section 2, in the Town of Waterford was
submitted on May 9, 1994, for a 21 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Final Plat for Parkview Estates
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, An Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved
through Resolution #P.C. 07-94 by the Plan Commission and was
approved through Resolution #114-94 by the Common Council, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat for Parkview Estates in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, in the
Town of Waterford and recommends approval to the Common Council
subject to all fees being paid.
