DISAPPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
A-l STORAGE LOCATED AT 583 W18550 SATURN DRIVE
WHEREAS, A-1 Storage is requesting to amend their building,
site and operation plan for the property located at S83 W18550
Saturn Drive, and

WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 2, 1989, adopted a
and amended that Building, Site and Operation Plan by approving
Building, Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 65-89
two buildings for storage subject to landscaping and fencing,
and amended the Building, Site and Operation plan through
Resolution #P.C. 199-90, signage and lighting plans, further
amended through Resolution #P.C. 201-93 to allow the outdoor

past resolutions shall result in the issuance of fines of
$100.00 per day per violation cited until compliance is
achieved.
