PCR1994103RESOLUTION #P.C. 103-94 DISAPPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR A-l STORAGE LOCATED AT 583 W18550 SATURN DRIVE WHEREAS, A-1 Storage is requesting to amend their building, site and operation plan for the property located at S83 W18550 Saturn Drive, and and WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District, WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on May 2, 1989, adopted a and amended that Building, Site and Operation Plan by approving Building, Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 65-89 two buildings for storage subject to landscaping and fencing, and amended the Building, Site and Operation plan through Resolution #P.C. 199-90, signage and lighting plans, further amended through Resolution #P.C. 201-93 to allow the outdoor along the north lot line, parallel parked and no higher than 6' storage of only 5 wheeled vehicles (vehicles, trailers, boats) with review in February 1995, and 210-93 have not been complied with, and WHEREAS, The original requirements of Resolution #P.C. storage of 21 vehicles along the west lot line, and WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting additional outside indicate that this proposal will provide inadequate parking and WHEREAS, Site observations during actual parking events drive aisle distances creating site congestion thus contributing to problems with building accessibility and internal traffic circulation. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission disapprove the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan approved in relation to Resolution P.C. 201-93 be complied with immediately. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That failure to comply with this and past resolutions shall result in the issuance of fines of $100.00 per day per violation cited until compliance is achieved.
