PCR1994102DISAPPROVAL IN CONCEPT OF THE PROPOSED REZONING FROM RS-2 TO RESOLUTION #P.C. 102-94 RS-2/0D AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT W171 S7234 LANNON DRIVE rezoning of his property located at W171 S7234 Lannon Drive to WHEREAS, Mr. Willard Anderson is requesting the concept allow a two family (duplex) property located at W171 57234 Lannon Drive, and WHEREAS, This property is bordered on the south by the Lakeview Tavern, which has two apartments, and south of Lakeview Tavern is another duplex on the corner of Lannon Drive and Briargate Drive, bordered on the north by a single family homes on either side, and residence, and on the west by a parking lot with single family WHEREAS, The Land Use 2005 Map found in the Comprehensive Plan indicates medium density, and Single Family zoning which exists on subject parcel points out the requirement of 20,000 square feet in minimum lot size and 110 feet in minimum lot width, and WHEREAS, A review of zoning regulations imposed by the RS-2 WHEREAS, A review of the OD Duplex Overlay zoning regulations stipulates a minimum of 40,000 square feet in lot size and and 220 feet in minimum lot width, and 78 feet in lot width.
