Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, Kids Kampus is requesting to amend their building,
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on December 21, 1993
through amended Resolution #P.C. 229-93 a Building, Site and
Operation Plan, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting the addition of
outside play areas and apparatus to include a 12', 4 position
swing set constructed of green treated lumber with 4 child
seats; a 4' x 8' Club House made of wood and plastic; 24', 8
position activity center constructed of green treated lumber
(activities include swings, coolwave slide, merry-go-round,
constructed of green treated lumber (includes a clubhouse with
E2 ryder, and cargo net); Commanders Tower kingdom
roof, swinging bridge, climbing rope, cargo net, monkey bars,
ladders, five tower decks, turbo tube slide, and fireman's
pole); twin towers constructed of green treated lumber
joined by a tower tunnel, also has two covered clubhouses, (includes a multi-level climbing tower and a single level tower
monkey bars, ladders, pirates ladder, climbing rope, and turbo
tube slide); activity gym with climbing surfaces and slide;
tike treehouse with easy to climb back steps and gently
angled slide; sand box constructed of green treated lumber; all
of the above is to enclosed by a 4' high chain link fence that
will surround the play area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan subject to the
submittal and approval of a landscape plan.
