APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT RAISED LETTER SIGN
FOR BUILDER'S CARPET LOCATED AT S75 W17311 JANESVILLE ROAD
WHEREAS, Builders Carpet has requested a 79 square foot
permanent non-illuminated raised letter wall sign located at 575
W17311 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the
north elevation of the building, and
of the wall area which meets the allowance of the 8-3 Zoning
District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District), and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 5%
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
79 square foot permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign on the
north elevation for Builder's Carpet located S75 W17311 Janesville
Road subject to the requirements of the 8-3 Zoning District (refer
to the B-2 Zoning District) which stipulate that the sign not
exceed five percent of the wall area on which the sign is to be
