VIKING MANOR LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 8,
TOWN OF NORWAY
in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, in the Town of Norway was submitted
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Final Plat for Viking Manor
on May 5, 1994, for a 28 lot subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat was approved
through Resolution #P.C. 190-93 by the Plan Commission and was
approved through Resolution #P.C.243-93 by the Common Council,
and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial Final
Plat for Viking Manor in the SE 1/4 of Section 8, in the Town
of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council subject
to all fees being paid.
