non-illuminated raised letter wall sign located at 584 W19093
Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, Newman Sign Co. has requested a permanent
WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the
north east elevation of the building, and
of the wall area which meets the allowance of the 1-1 Zoning
District (refer to the 8-2 Zoning District), and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 5%
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a
permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign on the north
elevation for Great Lakes Dart Distributors located S84 W19093
District (refer to the 8-2 Zoning District) which stipulate that
Enterprise Drive subject to the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning
the sign not exceed five percent of the wall area on which the
sign is to be located and that the signs be in conformance with
the submitted sketches.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting
the sign.
