WHEREAS, Firstar Bank is requesting to amend their
building, site and operation plan for the property located at
575 W17125 Janesville Road, and
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 8-2 Zoning District,
Building, Site and Operation Plan and amended said Building,
Site and Operation Plan on June 5, 1979 through Resolution
additional spaces, further amended on May 20, 1994 through
#P.C. 69-79 for the expansion of the parking lot adding 10

WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on May 14, 1969 a

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan.
