WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson, President of CATS Nationwide, Inc.,
Inc. is requesting to amend their building, site and operation
plan for the property located at S83 W19105 Saturn Drive, and
and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
through Resolution #P.C. 109-90 a Building, Site and Operation
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on June 19, 1990
Plan and approved on June 18, 1991 through Resolution #P.C.
106-91 an Amended Building, Site and Operation Plan to allow
truck and trailer rig parking and the installation of a pond,
and
previously approved landscape plan by the addition of shrubs
along the street access and the removal of berm to allow for
employee parking of 15 parking spaces with the total area to be
165' x 84' of recycled asphalt, located 10' off of the
cul-de-sac and 5' off of the east and south property lines, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting to amend the
