Land Division for two lots in the SW 1/4 of Section 16 in the
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 21, 1994, for a
Muskego Industrial Park for the City of Muskego, by Ruekert and
Mielke, and
89,672.75 sq.ft. and a second lot of 87,121.62 sq.ft., and
WHEREAS, The land division proposes to create one lot of
lot size of 40,000 square feet and a minimum average width of

150 feet and the lots meet the requirements of 1-1 Zoning
WHEREAS, This land is zoned 1-1 which requires a minimum
available from Enterprise Drive and the proposed Lot 2 has
utilities and access available from Enterprise Drive and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
Muskego in the Muskego Industrial Park.
