PCR1994089APPR AMENDED :OVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING TWO (2) RESOLUTION #P.C. 89-94 PARCELS IN THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 17 BY JOHN SEYBOLD (WOODS ROAD) land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 17, and WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 19, 1994, for a WHEREAS, Parcel 2 is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence which requires a minimum lot size of 20,000 sq. ft. and a minimum average width of 110' and said lot appears to meet restrictions and Parcel 1 is also zoned RS-2 Suburban Residence and appears to meet restrictions, WHEREAS, The parcels are proposed to have access from Woods Road, and WHEREAS, The parcel 1 currently has sewer service from Woods Road and parcel 2 currently has the potential for sewer service from Woods Road, and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a land division in the SW 1/4 of Section 17 for the John Seybold Property subject to sewer allocations being granted by the Public Utilities Committee. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper road dedication will be required at the time of submittal of the Certified Survey Map.
