APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAKEWOOD MEADOWS ADD'N #1 BY
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5
(TANS DRIVE & LEMBEDZEDER DRIVE)
#P.C. 56-87 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
Council through Resolution #63-87, and
Resolution #P.C. 233-91 and through Common Council Resolution
WHEREAS, A Revised Prelimainary Plat was approved through
#329-91 which established the street and lot layout for the
proposed subdivision, and
back before the Plan Commission to review the street and lot
layout giving the neighborhood residents an opportunity to
present their viewpoint on traffic circulation and wetland
issues and preliminary plat was confirmed through the approval
through Resolution #P.C. 218-92
WHEREAS, The developer agreed to bring the preliminary plat
WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the
Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 218-92, and
WHEREAS, The City has approved the sewer REC's.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory
fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City
Planning Department, Public Works Committee, and City Engineer,
the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and
Consumer Protection, approval of a Subdivider's Agreement and
letter of credit, any required Easement or Dedication
Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all applicable
fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Lots 22 and 23 could be
Drive, however if it is not feasible to reconfigure said lots
reconfigured to both have access from the proposed Lakewood
they will go back to the original configuration.
