WHEREAS, A Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for Parkview
RESOLUTION #P.C. 87-94
FOR PARKVIEW ESTATES IN THE SE 1/4 OF
Estates Subdivision in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, in the Town of
Waterford was submitted on April 20, 1994, for a 21 lot
subdivision, and
of the extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego.
WHEREAS, The subdivision is located within the jurisdiction
WHEREAS, This Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat meets all
of the required changes from the Racine County Division of
Planning and Development.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the
City of Muskego does hereby approve the Extraterritorial
Preliminary Plat in the SE 1/4 of Section 2, in the Town of
Waterford and recommends approval to the Common Council subject
to all fees being paid.
