PCR1994086RESOLUTION #P.C. 86-94 APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR AT S66 W14512 JANESVILLE ROAD SCHAUMBURG SUBURBAN HOUSE LOCATED the building, site and operation plan to allow for the addition WHEREAS, Mr. Dick Schaumburg, owner, is requesting to amend of a roof over the existing porch for the property located at 566 W14512 Janesville Road, and WHEREAS, The proposed overhang is not to extend out any the building, and on the east side there will not be an further than the existing front foyer found on the south side of overhang, and winter months and this roof will provide a safer walk, and WHEREAS, Under Section 5.02(2)E. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance, the Plan Commission is empowered to grant requests between the Base Setback Line and existing street right-of-way, for additions to and replacements of existing structures lying and WHEREAS, There currently is a problem with ice during the WHEREAS, This request falls within the criteria set forth by Section 5.02(2)E. of the Muskego Zoning Ordinance. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended site plan for the Schaumburg Suburban House located at S66 W14512 Janesville Road subject to the submittal to the City an agreement stating that owner of building will remove all new construction, additions and replacements at the owner's expense if required through the expansion of Janesville or Tess Corners Roads and holds harmless the City (as required by Section 5.02(2)E.). BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That all appropriate State and Local permits shall be obtained prior to construction, and that this project will proceed according to the plans as submitted to and amended by the Plan Commission.
