APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
EMERALD PARK, INC. LANDFILL FACILITY (EPI) LOCATED
AT W124 S10629 SOUTH 124TH STREET
Services, Inc., representing Emerald Park Inc. Landfill Facility is requesting to amend the building, site and operation plan for the property located at W124 S10629 South 124th Street, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Albee, Environmental Engineer - Superior
WHEREAS, EPI is proposing to raze the existing house and
U.S. HWY 45, and
install a truck scale located approximately 750 feet west of
WHEREAS, A 6' high aluminized chain link fence will be
installed around the perimeter of the landfill with a gate
