LANDFILL FACILITY (EPI) LOCATED AT W124 S10629 SOUTH 124TH STREET Services, Inc., representing Emerald Park Inc. Landfill Facility is requesting to amend the building, site and operation plan for the property located at W124 S10629 South 124th Street, and WHEREAS, Mr. Albee, Environmental Engineer - Superior WHEREAS, EPI is proposing to raze the existing house and U.S. HWY 45, and install a truck scale located approximately 750 feet west of WHEREAS, A 6' high aluminized chain link fence will be installed around the perimeter of the landfill with a gate use, and installed across the access road with a knox box for emergency WHEREAS, While not the subject of this approval, at a future date, EPI intends to apply for approval to install a temporary parking lot, and office trailer followed by an office building, garage and THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the amended site plan for a truck scale and perimeter fence subject to the following: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.
