AMENDED
MERIT ASPHALT, INC. LOCATED AT S84 W18845 ENTERPRISE DRIVE
APPROVAL OF AMENDED BUILDING, SITE AND OPERATION PLAN FOR
building, site and operation plan for the property located at
WHEREAS, Merit Asphalt, Inc. is requesting to amend their
584 W18845 Enterprise Drive, and
WHEREAS, The property is located in a 1-1 Zoning District,
and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved on September 21, 1993
through Resolution #P.C. 185-93 a Building, Site and Operation
Plan, and
WHEREAS, The petitioner is requesting an above ground 1500
gallon diesel storage tank and concrete containment unit to save
money in allowing the reduction of man hours lost waiting in
line to obtain fuel, and
WHEREAS, The proposed 1500 gallon tank will be set in a 1875
gallon concrete containment vessel meeting all of the DNR and
federal requirements for above ground storage tanks.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the amended Building, Site and Operation Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required
from the Building Department prior to any construction.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the site plan (dated April 8,
1994) is to be kept on file at the City of Muskego.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the first 20' surrounding all
sides of the storage tank will be paved.
