METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING FOR THE BART2 PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 11
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on April 8,
1994, by Metropolitan Engineering to create a two (2) parcel
land division located in the SE 1/4 of Section 11, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on December 7, 1993 approved a
211-93, and
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of RS-2 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer may be available from Velva
Drive, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
Bartz Property and recommend approval to the Common Council
the SE 1/4 of Section 11 by Metropolitan Engineering of the
Utilities Committee and resolution of technical discrepancies
subject to sewer allocations being granted by the Public
as identified by the City Engineers, and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
