AMENDED
APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION CREATING FOUR LOTS
IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5 FOR RON DALIEGE
(GOLD DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Sketch was submitted on April 7, 1994, for a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, This land is presently zoned RS-2 which requires a
minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet and a minimum average
width of 110 feet and all parcels appear to meet the lot size
and width requirements of the district, and
WHEREAS, The lots are proposed to have access from Gold
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The lots currently have the potential for sewer
service from Gold Drive, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to a Certified Survey Map being submitted creating a
land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 5 by Ron Daliege
subject to the Certified Survey Map creating a two lot land
division, each lot of equal size which will include the
existing Parcel 1 from a previous land division and sewer
allocations being granted by the Public Utilities Committee.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the proper road dedication
