RE-APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY OF TWO PARCELS & TWO OUTLOTS
BY INTERLINE SURVEY SERVICES, INC. FOR ALVIN NORGAL, SANDRA
LYMAN, AND STEPHEN & JANICE CHRAPLA LOCATED IN THE
NE 1/4 OF SECTION 9 AND SE 1/4 OF SECTION 4
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted February 3,
two outlot land division in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 and the SE
1994, by Interline Survey Services, Inc. for a two parcel and
1/4 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission, on February 15, 1994,
approved the Certified Survey Map through Resolution #P.C.
the Certified Survey Map through Resolution #P.C. 37-94, and
36-94 and the Common Council, on February 22, 1994, approved
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission must re-approve any Certified
Survey Map which is not recorded within 30 days of the approval
by the Plan Commission.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for Alvin Norgal, Sandra Lyman, and
Stephen & Janice Chrapla in the NE 1/4 of Section 9 and the
SE 1/4 of Section 4 and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to payment of all applicable fees.
