PCR19940780 0 0 \ A RESOLUTION #P.C. 78-94 APPROVAL OF A 54' x 24' POLE SHED FOR JEFFREY GORN LOCATED AT W153 S9848 THODE DRIVE WHEREAS, A site plan and construction information was submitted on April 6, 1994 by Jeffrey Gorn to construct a 54' X 24' pole shed at the residence located at W153 S9848 Thode Drive, and WHEREAS, The location of the pole shed will meet the setbacks of the A-Agriculture zoning district and the architectural appearance would be compatible with the applicant's residence and surrounding area, and WHEREAS, The pole shed is intended to be used for storage of boat, lawn mowers, rototiller, ATV, bikes, saws, shovels, rakes and other miscellaneous equipment and/or household items and the Plan Commission has authority to approve the type and size of second garage structures (pole shed), and WHEREAS, Materials submitted do not propose the use neither of this nor any other structure on the property for business related activities, and WHEREAS, The petitioner did have a 50'5" x 20'4" pole barn repair, and located on this property until a recent fire destroyed it beyond WHEREAS, The petitioner has received the necessary approvals from Waukesha County regarding the location of proposed building and its relationship to existing on-site sanitary systems, and foot pole building, while the Zoning Ordinance would allow at leats WHEREAS, The petitioner is proposing to construct a 1296 square 1700 square feet pole building(s). THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of the pole shed, not to exceed 1296 square feet, for Jeffrey Gorn. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That subject pole shed shall be used neither for the operation of a business nor the storage of business related materials and equipment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a building permit is required prior to construction of subject pole shed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a fire wall variance may be required from the Board of Appeals. of this resolution and the approved site plans shall result in the issuance of fines of $100 per day per violation, the initiation of legal action, or both.
