PCR1994077AMENDED RESOLUTION #P.C. 77-94 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF KIMBERLY ESTATES BY METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18 (HILLENDALE DRIVE) WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution Council through Resolution #215-93, and #P.C. 171-93 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common Preliminary Plat approved in Resolution #P.C. 171-93, and WHEREAS, The Final Plat substantially conforms to the will be served by the City water utility, and WHEREAS, The City approved the sewer REC's and the project THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission of the City of Muskego approves the Final Plat subject to satisfactory fulfillment of concerns/conditions as identified by the City Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, Planning Department and City Engineer, the State of Wisconsin approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or Dedication Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
