APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF KIMBERLY ESTATES BY METROPOLITAN
ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 18
(HILLENDALE DRIVE)
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was approved through Resolution
Council through Resolution #215-93, and
#P.C. 171-93 and the Preliminary Plat was approved by the Common

approval of a Subdivider's Agreement, any required Easement or
Dedication Documents, Construction Plans and payment of all
applicable fees in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a note be placed on the face
of the Plat restricting access of Lot 23 to Tyler Drive and
another note placed on the face of the Plat stating that Outlot
pedestrian way and will be maintained through the Homeowners
