APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BELSHA ESTATES BY
RESOLUTION #P.C. 76-94
METROPOLITAN ENGINEERING LOCATED IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 11.
(DURHAM DRIVE AND HIDDEN CREEK COURT)
WHEREAS, A Preliminary Plat was submitted on March 11, 1994,
to divide property in the NE 1/4 of Section 11 into three single
through Resolution #P.C. 164-93 for six (6) lots and a Certified
family lots and a Sketch for a Land Division was approved

WHEREAS, The sketch was approved subject to the sewer

those allocations were granted August 19, 1993, and

WHEREAS, The Preliminary Plat substantially conforms to the
