PCR1994075RESOLUTION #P.C. 75-94 APPROVAL OF PERMANENT SUBDIVISION SIGN LOCATED ON THE NE CORNER OF LEMBEZEDER DRIVE AND THE PROPOSED LAKEWOOD DRIVE (LOT 8 LAKEWOOD MEADOWS SUBDIVISION) approval for a permanent subdivision sign to be located on NE WHEREAS, The Lakewood Development Group, Inc. is requesting corner of Lembezeder Drive and the proposed Lakewood Drive (Lot 8 of Lakewood Meadows Subdivision), and WHEREAS, The sign is to be installed in conformance with the area of Lembezeder Drive and the proposed Lakewood Drive, and signage setbacks and will be placed outside of the right-of-way WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the proposed sign's message totals approximately 15 square feet. type and size of signage for permanent subdivision signs and the THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve Lembezeder Drive and the proposed Lakewood Drive (Lot 8 - the permanent subdivision sign to be located on the NE corner of Lakewood Meadows Subdivision) and that the sign be placed in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's Municipal Code. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the signs.
