APPROVAL OF TWO TEMPORARY SIGNS BY CASANOVA'S COUNTRY

LAKES MARINE LOCATED AT S83 W20411 JANESVILLE ROAD
approval for six (6) months for one on-site banner on the
WHEREAS, Casanova's Country Lakes Marine is requesting
temporary trailer which indicates that Casanova's Country Lakes
Marine is Open and three permanent signs to be located on the
north side of the 50' x 100' building (Johnson, Mercury, &
Arctic Cat) signs which are a self-illuminated and each 4' x 6'
in size and are to be used for advertising as required by
Distributor, and
type and size of temporary on-site signage for a period not to
exceed one year, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission has authority to approve the
WHEREAS, The proposed permanent wall signs are within the
Ordinance limitations.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
for six (6) months two on-site banner to be located on the
temporary trailer which indicates that Casanova's Country Lakes
Marine is Open, and approve three permanent wall signs to be
located on the north side of the 50' x 100' building and a sign
permit is required from the Building Department.
