AMENDED
APPROVAL OF PERMANENT TWO SIDED SIGN FOR
INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF TOYS LOCATED AT S73 W16582 JANESVILLE
approval for a permanent double sided free standing sign which
WHEREAS, The International House of Toys is requesting
is a non-illuminated painted plywood 20 sq. ft. in size, and
WHEREAS, The setback from the centerline of Janesville Road
would be 60' and the proposed sign will be installed 67' from
the center line of Janesville Road, and
20 square feet which meets the allowance of the B-4 Zoning
District, and
WHEREAS, The proposed sign as presented by petitioner totals
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the permanent non-illuminated double sided free standing sign 20
sq. ft. to be located at S73 W16582 Janesville Road and that the
sign be placed in conformance with Section 17:6.09 of the City's
Municipal Code, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be
obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to
erecting the sign, and

WHEREAS, The International House of Toys is requesting
approval for a permanent double sided free standing sign which
is a non-illuminated painted plywood 20 sq. ft. in size, and
would be 60' and the proposed sign will be installed 67' from
the center line of Janesville Road, and

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
