PCR1994072APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT ONE PERMANENT RAISED LETTER SIGN RESOLUTION #P.C. 72-94 FOR MERIT ASPHALT, INC. LOCATED AT S84 W19745 ENTERPRISE DRIVE WHEREAS, Newman Sign Co. has requested a permanent non-illuminated raised letter wall sign located at S84 W18645 Enterprise Drive, and north elevation of the building, and WHEREAS, The signage will be installed on the front of the WHEREAS, The proposed sign is designed to cover less than 5% District (refer to the B-2 Zoning District), and of the wall area which meets the allowance of the 1-1 Zoning THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve a permanent non-illuminated raised letter sign on the north Drive subject to the requirements of the 1-1 Zoning District elevation for Merit Asphalt, Inc. located S84 W19745 Enterprise (refer to the B-2 Zoning District) which stipulate that the sign not exceed five percent of the wall area on which the sign is to be located and that the signs be in conformance with the submitted sketches. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a sign permit is required to be obtained from the Building Inspection Department prior to erecting the sign.
