SHERRY KRUEGER LOCATED IN THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 29
1994, by Daniel & Sherry Krueger for a two (2) lot land division
WHEREAS, A Certified Survey Map was submitted on March 25,
located in the SE 1/4 of Section 29, and
sketch for a two (2) lot land division through Resolution #P.C.
114-93, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission on June 15, 1993 approved a
WHEREAS, The two lots meet the requirements of R-1 Zoning
District as it pertains to family members, however Lot 2
requires a variance as it measures 0.95 feet short of the 200
foot width requirement, and
WHEREAS, Evidence of a favorable perc tests for this lot has
been provided.
WHEREAS, The proposed land division abuts DeBack Drive.
WHEREAS, The Assessor and City Engineer have identified
concerns, discrepancies and corrections which need to be
addressed.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the Certified Survey Map for a two (2) parcel land division in
the SE 1/4 of Section 29 for Daniel Krueger and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to approval of a
substandard width on Lot 2 of 199.05 feet and resolution of
technical discrepancies as identified by the City Assessor and
Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees in Section 10 of
the Land Division Ordinance.
