RESOLUTION #P.C. 69-94
APPROVAL OF LANDSCAPE PLANS AND LANDSCAPE BOND FOR THE
PLUM CREEK EAST APARTMENTS LOCATED IN THE
PLUM CREEK EAST SUBDIVISION
Site and Operation Plan through Resolution #P.C. 54-94 on March
15, 1994 subject to the submittal and approval by the Plan
Commission of landscaping plan, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission previously approved a Building,
credit be submitted in the amount of twice the value of proposed
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission requires that a letter of
landscaping improvements in order to insure their installation
prior to the occupancy of , and
WHEREAS, Said letter of credit shall be filed for each
building, with the City Planning Department, prior to the time
of filing a building permit application with the City Building
Department, and
WHEREAS, Changes have been made to the landscape plan that
Department as discussed at the March 15, 1994 Plan Commission
reflect the concerns of the Plan Commission and Planning
meeting, and
WHEREAS, A revised site plan has not been received depicting
the proper driveway width per fire department regulations (20
foot minimum).
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the landscape plans and landscape bond for the Plum Creek East
Apartments located in the Plum Creek East Subdivision subject to
occupancy of each building, and landscaping being installed (weather permitting) prior to the
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a separate landscape bond shall
be required, for each building to be built, prior to making
application for a building permit for each separate building.
Said landscape bond will be in an amount equal to twice the
value of the proposed landscaping for subject building, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a revised site plan shall be
submitted depicting the proper driveway widths per fire
department regulations.
